Thank you for choosing CRAFT Academy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Courses

All course purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our courses provide immediate access to digital materials and downloadable content, we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with the course content, please contact us at info@joincraft.org so we can work with you to resolve the matter.

Memberships

CRAFT memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable after 7 days from the original purchase date. Within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting info@joincraft.org, provided you have not accessed or downloaded any members-only content.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
