Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing CRAFT Academy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to purchases made through the CRAFT Academy learning platform hosted on Thinkific, including online courses, certificates, digital resources, and memberships.

 

Digital Courses & Certificates

Due to the immediate delivery of digital educational content, course and certificate purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@joincraft.org, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Memberships

CRAFT Academy memberships are available on either a monthly or annual subscription basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

 

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time through your Thinkific account. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

 

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships automatically expire at the end of the purchased term unless renewed.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, annual membership fees are non-refundable.

 

Future Purchases

This policy applies only to digital products and memberships purchased through CRAFT Academy on Thinkific.

Professional consulting, advisory services, audits, enterprise training, and custom projects are governed by separate proposals, service agreements, or contracts and are subject to their own payment and cancellation terms.
