These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all membership plans offered by CRAFT Strategies, an educational and compliance training platform operated by CRAFT Strategies, LLC (“CRAFT”). By enrolling in or purchasing any membership tier (Free,

 

Solo Founder, Team Founder, or Founders Circle), you agree to the following:

1. Membership Access

• Memberships provide access to courses, SOPs, tools, and resources according to the tier selected.

• Access is limited to the individual or business account holder and may not be shared beyond the number of seats/licenses included in the plan.

• CRAFT may update or adjust content, course availability, or membership features as needed to reflect industry standards, compliance requirements, or platform improvements.

2. Intellectual Property

• All CRAFT Strategies materials—including courses, SOPs, templates, downloads, and branding assets—are the exclusive property of CRAFT Strategies, LLC.

• Members may not reproduce, resell, share, or publicly distribute CRAFT content outside of their own internal business use.

• Use of the CRAFT name, certification badges, logos, or “Founders” designations must comply with official branding guidelines provided by CRAFT.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Membership purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

• Annual and multi-year memberships are billed upfront and are not eligible for prorated or partial refunds if canceled before the end of the term.

• Free trials or preview access may be revoked in cases of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized distribution of CRAFT content.

4. Courses & Certifications

• Access to courses, certifications, and SOPs depends on the membership tier selected.

• Certificates of Completion are awarded only to members who successfully complete all required quizzes and coursework.

• Courses are hosted on a third-party learning platform (Thinkific), and users may be required to complete separate registration steps to access training materials.

5. Member Conduct

• Members agree to engage with CRAFT Strategies materials in good faith and to participate in a professional, respectful manner within the CRAFT community.

• Misuse—including plagiarism, intellectual property violations, or abusive conduct—may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

6. Platform Development & Community Role

• CRAFT Strategies is a living, evolving platform informed by member feedback and real-world industry needs.

• Founders Circle and other early members may be invited to pilot new tools, participate in strategy sessions, or contribute to course development as the platform grows.
