CRAFT STAKEHOLDER ALERT: Vape Ban Update – Court Denies TRO, SB 2024 Takes Effect September 1
A federal court in Houston has denied the Vapor Technology Association’s request to block Texas Senate Bill 2024, meaning the new vape ban takes effect Sept. 1, 2025. The law prohibits selling or advertising vape products with e-liquids made in China or other foreign adversary countries, as well as products containing cannabinoids, kratom, alcohol, mushrooms, or kava. Hemp/THC vapes are not included in this case, but a separate lawsuit is expected soon. CRAFT will keep you up
